SOMERSET COUNTY, Pa. — Two people are facing felony charges after hiding a wanted fugitive in the attic of a residence in Somerset Thursday morning, state police say.
According to a press release, state police were attempting to serve a warrant for Kody Dunmeyer on the 300 block of Lavansville Road in Somerset when he was located hiding in the attic of the home.

The press release states that the only entrance to the attic was blocked off from the outside with several pieces of plywood, clothing and metal bedframe rails and that the door was latched shut.

Court dockets also show that both are currently being held at the Somerset County Prison with preliminary hearings scheduled for June 27.
